16^th ANNUAL “GAS UP” and

DRY LAKES RACING HALL OF FAME

RESERVATION FORM 

Please print clearly so we can pre-print your Pit Pass Name tag.  Your “Gas Up” packet,
which includes pit pass, meal, drink and raffle tickets, and Souvenir Program
will be waiting for you at the front gate.  If you would like to bring your race
 car for the outside display area, please call the club phone number listed for
 further information.   

(Those bringing cars will receive a special ‘bonus’). 

All reservations postmarked by September 15^th, 2008 are guaranteed admission at $45.00. 
 Due to space limitations any reservations received after that date will be $55.00 and
 subject to the attendance limit, so don’t be left out.  (If there will be more than 4 in
your party please enclose another sheet with the information requested below) 

NOTE:  No entry refunds after September 15, 2008.
