Editorial: Dear readers, after much soul searching the editor has decided to change the POBB

rather than stop it. Starting next week the POBB will be a WEEKLY newsletter and the old rules

will be tweaked a bit. Opinions will be any size, and there will be no limit as to how many that you

send in.  The old rules called for limitations on size and you were only allowed ONE opinion per

POBB.  The POBB might be longer and trigger some spam filters, in which case the ol' redactor

will notify you and advise you to contact your server (Aol, Juno, Verizon, etc) that you want this

newsletter, or you can go to www.oilstick.com to view the latest POBB. This will make less work

for Evelyn at www.oilstick.com as well.  You will still get your dose of the irreverant and rascally

POBB but it will be METERED out to you.  Just think of it as the Political Methodone Program

or PMP.  Originally the editor knew that the POBB would evolve to fit the needs of the readers,

and it has gone through changes which should be viewed as normal. However, only ORIGINAL

opinions of yours written in your own style will be allowed, subject to the prejudicial whims of the

editor to run really great copied internet stuff. If you REWRITE the copied internet articles or add

little personal touches to make it LOOK like it was yours, then you'll probably be able to sneak it

past the Great Censor.  Otherwise the Blue Penner will not run it.
